The London Borough of Hackney and Kauffmans commissioned Future Places Studio to undertake a specific research project in respect of a number of key sites in the London Borough of Hackney.

The purpose of the report was to assist the Borough by providing a development brief, informed by our research into future market demand for a wide range of potential uses, to enable the Council to bring forward six sites within Hackney Central as part of a master planning process.

The report also covers: the wider economic and social context of The London Borough of Hackney, macro trends impacting Central London and locations such as Hackney and local planning policy considerations.
