Future Places Studio were commissioned by Oxford Properties to undertake a global survey and research study into the post Covid high performance workplace. The report looked at the positive and negative impact that enforced remote working has had on performance, productivity, culture and diversity and inclusion and how the experience will shape the future of how and where we will work.
Our research included:
A global survey of the tech and finance sector in: London, New York, Toronto and Sydney
Interviews with subject matter experts from a range of sectors and disciplines
As part of our study we presented back to the client a series of key findings and recommendations.
