With the acceleration of AI innovation, the London real estate sector is facing profound and unprecedented shifts. Whilst mainstream, open-source AI has infiltrated much of society, AI-powered design and delivery tools are still in their infancy, and built environment professionals are just starting to grapple with how the technology can best serve the industry. Future Places Studio were commissioned by the CPA and WPA to explore the future role that AI will have in London’s built environment.
